Booking & Appointments
Where do I go for the appointment?
We are located at 46 Relph Road, Paradise Valley, Rotorua – approx 14mins from the centre of town, just past the speedway.
How do I book an appointment?
Please use my online booking calendar to see availability and make a booking, or email Alexandra – all found on the contact page.
You can also click through to book each service directly from each of the services listed on the service pages. This can be easier and faster than finding a service on the main calendar dashboard.
Or to book multiple services in one booking, please email me or use the form on the contact page.
What if I need to cancel, reschedule or am running late?
Please be courteous and let Alexandra know via call or text as soon as you know you can’t make it.
If you are very late, the full booked appointment may not be able to go ahead due to affecting the next client – best to call and check.
Repeat offenders will be unable to re-book.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
No, I do not.
Massage
What types of massage do you offer?
Alexandra offers Remedial massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Relaxation massage, Pregnancy massage and Hot Stone massage, with Cupping available as well.
What is the difference between relaxation and remedial massage?
Relaxation massage is designed to help you unwind, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing. It uses smooth, flowing techniques with gentle to medium pressure to encourage relaxation and improve circulation.
Remedial massage is more focused on addressing specific muscular issues such as tension, pain, stiffness, injury, or restricted movement. Techniques and pressure may vary depending on your needs and treatment goals.
If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, Alexandra is happy to discuss your concerns and recommend the most suitable option.
Do I need to be completely undressed?
That is up to you – whatever level of undress you are comfortable with. You will be covered with towel/blanket for the areas not currently being worked on, so you should feel warm and unexposed.
Which treatment is best for me? Can it be tailored?
Yes, we tailor each massage to suit your needs. The techniques used will vary depending on your body’s needs on the day, and your preferences, ensuring you receive the most effective treatment possible.
How long are massage appointments?
You can choose between 45 / 60 / 90 / 120 minutes.
How often should I get a massage?
That is up to you!
If you have a specific injury or issue to resolve, the at least weekly is recommended.
Do you offer cupping therapy?
Yes I do. Added on as needed to any massage, free of charge.
Waxing, threading, tinting, tanning
How should I prepare for my appointment?
There is nothing special you need to do, but the following can help:
- Lash tinting – it is helpful to not be wearing mascara, but I can use make-up remover if you are.
- Waxing – you will need 4 weeks’ worth of hair growth.
- Intimate waxing – we prefer that you have showered that day to maintain good hygiene.
Is there any downtime after treatment?
Waxing – avoid hot pools, sauna and sweaty gym session after waxing to avoid skin infections.

What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment I accept cash as well as bank transfers – made either before you arrive, or in front of me on your phone before you leave.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes I do. Please enquire.
Do you have loyalty rewards or package deals?
Yes we do.
We have both a loyalty programme (earning a $20 credit), and a 15% off deal on massage for new clients. See here.

Where are you located and is free parking available?
We are located Relph Road, Paradise Valley, approximately 10 mins from Rotorua town center. You will be messaged the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
Yes, free parking is available outside the studio.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
not currently unfortunately.
Do you work weekends or evenings?
Yes. Please check the booking calendar for availability.
Do you offer services for groups / events?
Yes, depending on event location, suitability and timing. Please enquire by email.
